Converted from an all-volunteer workforce to an employee/contract workforce including two employees and up to eight contract staff at any time. Many Americans are asking, How can I change Americas journey with racism?. Exceeded 100 individual donors for first time in organizations history. Created jobs in community through Together We Test program for number of persons displaced by pandemic. Achieve record level activity with our Together We Dine program. Specifically, we executed 32 dine events, mostly virtual. The number of participants were a record level at 1,396. Gross Income climbed almost $300 or 70%. Receipts went from $414,900 in 2019 to $709,600 in 2020; receipts were the greatest in organization history. Total Assets rose 48% to $506,200, a record figure in organizations history. Received record level media attention in organization history that included numerous television appearances, social media, and print media
