Organizations Filed Purposes:
Young Catholic Professionals is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to challenge, train and inspire young adults working in various professions to Work in Witness for Christ. In a world that can be void of meaning and leave them restless and dissatisfied, YCP brings together young professionals in their 20s and 30s into a community of belonging, support, and encouragement at all stages of the faith journey. YCP empowers and equips them to live their Catholic faith through everyday work, and to perform all work with excellence for the glory of God.
Young Catholic Professionals continues to encourage young adults working in various professions to "Work in witness for Christ." Chapters meet together on a monthly basis and host events including executive speaker series, where we invite experienced Catholic professionals to provide counsel and encouragement to our members. We expanded YCP over the past year to multiple new cities.
Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) welcomed nearly 600 young professionals, priests, religious, and seasoned Catholic business leaders from all over the country for a weekend attendees are describing as transformative, energizing, strength for the journey. This third annual YCP Member Conference, entitled Practice the Presence after the work of Br. Lawrence of the Resurrection, challenged and inspired attendees to invite God into every moment of their lives and provided them with practical ways to integrate faith and life.
