By offering the resources & programs that children, families and seniors are in need of, we offer a community outreach center to alleviate those needs. With help from our corporate sponsors, donors, volunteers, & our Board of Directors, we are able to continue our mission in the community.
ESTEAM Summer Camp: Enriching the lives of Children and Youth through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. The program Inspires learning in children and youth through hands-on exploration and reflection. Objectives - To provide opportunities for kids to have a deeper understanding of STEAM content, Increase/maintain grade level, avoid summer learning loss, promote STEM related career field in the future. In 2019, 76 children participated.
TCMF Food Pantry: The MINT Foundation Food Pantry was created to alleviate hunger and provide supplemental food to families with food insecurities. Objectives - Decrease the number of people suffering from food insecurities, supplement household food budget, Improve health and develop healthy eating habits. In 2019, we distributed over 768,000 lbs. of food to 2,619 clients.
C MINT After-School Program: C MINT After-School Program: Program provides affordable after-school programming for students Pre K-8th grade, with an emphasis on academics and enrichment. Additionally, through our snack program we provide free nutritious after-school snacks to school aged children in food deserts. Objectives, To help promote students to next grade level, be on academic path for graduation, matriculate to college, school and work ready.
