Organizations Filed Purposes:
THE COMPANY AND CERTAIN OF ITS RELATED COMPANIES MAINTAIN THE SUPPLEMENTAL MEDICAL PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES OF PARTICIPATING AMERICAN AIRLINES GROUP SUBSIDIARIES FOR EMPLOYEES AND CERTAIN FORMER EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY AND CERTAIN OF ITS RELATED COMPANIES.
SUPPLEMENTAL MEDICAL PLAN THAT PAYS MEDICAL EXPENSE BENEFITS FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE EXHAUSTED THEIR OTHER SPONSORED MEDICAL BENEFITS.
This Supplemental Medical Plan pays Medical Expense Benefits FOR participants who have exhausted their other sponsored medical benefits. Benefits are funded by employee contributions, alone or in combination with earnings of the investment assets of the TRUST.
