SAND OTHER AREAS TO EDUCATE AND PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO MEMBERS OF THE AGRICULTURAL COMMUNITY THAT INCLUDES WOMEN, SENIORS, HISPANICS, SOCIAL DISADVANTAGED, AND NEW AND BEGINNING FARMERS
