THE ORGANIZATION IS THE WRC COORDINATOR OFFERING TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE TO ENSURE THAT EACH LEAD ORGANIZATION AND THE BROADER COLLABORATIVES ARE BUILT WITH EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP, COLLABORATIVE STRUCTURES AND PROCESSES, ENGAGEMENT OF HISTORICALLY EXCLUDED POPULATIONS, AND MORE.

TRAINING AND CONSULTING: THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS THE ULTIMATE FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CONFERENCE IN COLLABORATION WITH SOMMERVILLE & ASSOCIATES, P.C., RATLIFF & ASSOCIATES, P.C., AND WEYCER, KAPLAN, PULASKI, AND ZUBER, P.C. 2016 WAS THE 10TH YEAR TO OFFER THE PREMIERE TRAINING FOR RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS TARGETING PASTORS, CHURCH ADMINISTRATORS, CPAS AND FUNDRAISERS FROM ACROSS THE U.S. THIS CONFERENCE EQUIPS MINISTRY LEADERS TO TRANSFORM THEIR ORGANIZATIONS WITH UP-TO-DATE FINANCIAL, LEGAL, TALENT MANAGEMENT AND RISK MANAGEMENT BEST PRACTICES. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TRAINING AND CONSULTING SERVICES TO NUMEROUS RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS.

HEALING YOUTH ALLIANCE: teachING pastors, educators, families and young adults to recognize signs of trauma in youth and empower them to respond in ways that will begin to create a pathway for healing.
