Connecting innovators in the Church to multiply and accelerate Kingdom Impact.
Accelerators: This program selects small teams of peers that are working on a similar problem or issue with innovative solutions. Through a series of meetings, conference calls, web dialogues and planning tools, these churches accomplish a significant leap in their organizational performance. We bring a variety of resources and tools that address both the unique challenges of the individual organizations within the community as well as the mega challenges of the majority of the members. Additionally, we provide a framework for peer accountability to keep the process on track and moving forward with accelerated results.
Multiplication: The knowledge gleaned from clients is valuable to churches and non-profit organizations throughout the world. By the production of books, tool kits, white papers, web casts, videos and various other forms of media, Leadership Network makes this knowledge available to a greater client base.Leadership Network distributes a regularly produced publication and a number of practical tools in order to communicate our learnings to clients throughout the world. In 2019, our free e-publications were distributed to approximately 23,000 Leadership Network clients.
Leader Groups: This program addresses the unique issues of pastors in different stages of their career and in various roles within the church. The client may be a young pastor with a family and the pressures of a growing church, a pastor on a college campus or a pastor serving in business management role that is very different from the other ministers on staff. For each of these peer groups, we provide meetings where relationships are built, the issues associated with that unique role are addressed, accountability is established, and mentors are provided to guide these pastors on their journey.
