Organizations Filed Purposes:
THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE AMERICAN FRIENDS OF THE ERHARD-JENSEN ONTOLOGICAL/PHENOMENOLOGICAL INITIATIVE (REFERRED TO AS "THE INITIATIVE") IS TO STIMULATE AND SUPPORT RESEARCH INTO THE STUDY AND TEACHING OF THE ONTOLOGICAL/PHENOMENOLOGICAL LAWS OF HUMAN NATURE AND HUMAN BEHAVIOR, AND THE IMPACT OF THESE LAWS ON LIFE, LIVING, AND SELF. THE INITIATIVE ALSO STIMULATES AND SUPPORTS RESEARCH INTO THE APPLICATION OF THE ONTOLOGICAL/PHENOMENOLOGICAL LAWS TO THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS AND HUMAN ENTITIES TO RELIABLY AND SIGNIFICANTLY ELEVATE HUMAN PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE. THIS INCLUDES ALL AREAS OF LIVING ACROSS THE ENTIRE SPECTRUM OF HUMAN ACTIVITY SUCH AS INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND PUBLIC & PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS (SUCH AS PARTNERSHIPS, CORPORATIONS, NON-PROFIT & EDUCATIONAL ENTITIES AND PUBLIC AGENCIES & GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES). THE INITIATIVE ALSO BRINGS THE ONTOLOGICAL/PHENOMENOLOGICAL MODEL AND METHODOLOGY TO EDUCATION-INCLUDING RESEARCH, COURSE DEVELOPMENT, AND TEACHING. FINALLY, THE
CONTRIBUTING SPONSORSHIP OF A WEB BASED, YEAR LONG ACADEMIC TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: CREATING COURSE LEADERS (CCL) DESIGNED TO MORE EFFECTIVELY PREPARE UNIVERSITY AND COLLEGE FACULTY TO TEACH FROM THE ONTOLOGICAL/PHENOMENOLOGICAL METHODOLOGY AROUND THE GLOBE. OVER SEVENTY PROFESSORS AND ACADEMICS FROM UNIVERSITIES AND INSTITUTIONS AROUND THE WORLD MET WITH MR. WERNER ERHARD, DR. JERI ECHEVERRIA, JOE DIMAGGIO, STEVE ZAFFRON AND PROFESSOR MIRIAM CAREY VIA CONFERENCE CALLS AND WEBINARS, PARTICIPATED IN WEEKLY AND MONTHLY COACHING SESSIONS WITH MORE SENIOR MEMBERS OF THE CCL FACULTY, AND SUBMITTED WRITTEN AND VIDEO ASSIGNMENTS WHICH WERE EVALUATED AND FEEDBACK GIVEN BY DR. ECHEVERRIA, PROFESSOR CAREY AND COLLEAGUES. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS FOR ERHARD ET AL TO TRANSFER TO THESE ACADEMICS AN ENHANCED ABILITY TO UTILIZE THE ONTOLOGICAL/PHENOMENOLOGICAL METHODOLOGY OF EDUCATION (VS. THE TRADITIONAL EPISTEMOLOGICAL METHODOLOGY). ERHARD ET AL USED THEIR LEADERSHIP COURSE, BEING A LEADER AND THE EFFECTIVE EXERCISE OF LEADERSHIP: AN ONTOLOGICAL/PHENOMENOLOGICAL MODEL TO ILLUSTRATE THE METHODOLOGY; AND AT THE SAME TIME THESE ACADEMICS WERE QUALIFIED TO TEACH THIS LEADERSHIP COURSE AT THEIR INSTITUTIONS. THE LEADERSHIP COURSE IS IN THE REGULAR CURRICULUM AT MORE THAN 55 UNIVERSITIES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA, IN SOUTHEAST ASIA, IN CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA, IN EUROPE AND IN AFRICA AND THE MIDDLE EAST, AND IS TAUGHT AT NUMEROUS OTHER UNIVERSITIES ON AN IRREGULAR SCHEDULE. CURRENTLY THERE ARE MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED FACULTY MEMBERS QUALIFIED TO TEACH THE LEADERSHIP COURSE OR SOME VERSION OF IT AT THEIR UNIVERSITIES (AND ANOTHER NEARLY ONE HUNDRED IN THE PROCESS OF BEING QUALIFIED). THE ACADEMICS WHO ATTENDED THE 2020 PROGRAM ALSO DEVELOPED SKILLS TO UTILIZE THE ONTOLOGICAL/PHENOMENOLOGICAL METHODOLOGY IN TEACHING THEIR OTHER OURSES. THESE ACADEMICS AND THEIR COLLEAGUES ARE, IN THE CHARITYS OPINION, WHO WILL ULTIMATELY PROMULGATE THE UTILIZATION OF THE METHODOLOGY VIA THE RESULTS THEY PRODUCE UTILIZING THE METHODOLOGY IN THEIR CLASSROOMS WITH THEIR STUDENTS.
