Organizations Filed Purposes:
To provide services and resources to bring individuals and families to self-sufficiency. Services include case management, counseling, and education.
To assist families in crisis and to bring awareness to issues affecting the community. An Nisa provides assistance to help our clients become self sufficient. Some services provided are case management, counseling, education classes, assistance with job training, provide food and basics to survive and much more
Clients Services: Provided financial assistance including rent, utilities, transportation, and food, to clients and the needy. Also assisted with medical, legal and education support for women and families in crisis.
Educational Programs - Awareness and Outreach Programs to educate the community on issues affecting community members, such as domestic violence, sexual assault, bullying and mental illnesses. The Starting With Me, Annual Women's Program with over 300 participants. Large session at the ISNA Convention and several workshops for the year.
Food Drive provides food to 80-100 families monthly. The new delivery service takes food to the areas most needed. Joint projects with other non profits to provide food, water and needed services, including the water well project.
