D.R.E.A.M. is dedicated to rescuing abandoned Dachshunds and Dachshund mixes and finding new homes for them and those whose owners could no longer care for them.
During 2020, D.R.E.A.M. rescued 97 Dachshunds and Dachshund mixes that were abandoned or could no longer be cared for by their owners. While in our care, the dogs received quality medical care and rehabilitation in foster homes. During 2020, D.R.E.A.M. adopted 104 Dachshunds and Dachshund mixes into carefully screened permanent homes. Additionally, D.R.E.A.M. provided a safe haven for senior dogs that were rescued and gave them the opportunity for a loving and peaceful home for their remaining years.
