The ISO is a growing fellowship whose mission is to provide support for recovery meetings by initiating outreach programs on a global scale.
The ISO provides a public website which contains educational materials and meeting locations for out Twelve Step recovery meetings. The website also contains information for the media and mental health professionals on its recovery program. The ISO receives about 30,000 unique inquiries on its website each month. The website contains a set of questions to help people identify if their sexual behaviors are a problem.
The ISO provides a prison outreach program which is focused on helping those incarcerated work our Twelve Step program while in prison. The ISO accomplishes this by sending educational material to those incarcerated. The ISO helps provide members from our fellowship who correspond to those incarcerated and help them work through our Twelve Step program. The ISO processes over 100 letters each month from those incarcerated and sends out free educational material when requested from the person incarcerated.
