Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Associaton is a non-profit corporation organized to provide for the maintenance and preservaton of properties within the geographical area of the neighborhood, a residential subdivision. Its purpose is to promote the health, safety and welfare of the owners within this area.
Community Crime Prevention:The Association provides certain benefits to the community which its serves, for the purpose of preventing crime and providing a secure community for the residents. These benefits are security patrol services and street lighting. The benefits are prvided to the churches, schools, businesses and to the residential homeowners of the community.
