The mission of Special Pals, Inc. is to make a measurable and sustainable difference in the greater Houston community by offering affordable pet care services; resuing, rehabilitatiing, and rehoming companion animals; and providing education about responsible pet care.

Special Pals Accepted new homeless animals into our program, sucessfully adopted animals into forever homes. Special Pals also provided low cost veterinary services and education about responsible pet ownership to the community.
