ITS EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE WAS TO HOLD TITLE TO THE PERMANENT INVESTMENT PROPERTY ORIGINALLY DONATED TO THE PREDECESSOR ORGANIZATION OF DALLAS ASSOCIATION FOR THE BLIND (75-3152493)(DAB), INVEST IN APPROPRIATE INCOME-PRODUCING ACTIVITIES, COLLECT INCOME THEREFROM, AND DONATE CERTAIN PORTIONS OF ITS INCOME OR CORPUS TO DAB. ALL MANAGEMENT OR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES OF DFB ARE INCLUDED AS REDUCTIONS TO INTEREST AND DIVIDEND INCOME, CAPITAL GAINS DISTRIBUTIONS, AND GAINS OR LOSSES FROM THE SALES OF SECURITIES. THE SAME BOARD OF DIRECTORS SERVES BOTH DFB AND DAB.
