To help promote the economy in a depressed economical area by helping small businesses develop into a full grown business.
Valley Investment Development Association received a grant to build a building to sereve as an incubator for developing businesses in this derpessed economic area. This building provides low rent and assists in helping the small business develop into a mmajor business to promote the economy.
VIDA provides a building with low rent to induce people to set up an office, school, etc. Vida has helped an ambulance company, the County Clinic, a church, and a training school. This agencies employ people and once they become successful, they move to another place and allow and another agency that needs help in its initial startup. This is why the Valley Investment Development Grant was awarded to VIDA, to spur the growth of the economy.
