Organizations Filed Purposes:
HIGH SKY CHILDREN'S RANCH ENDOWMENT, INC. FACILITATES THE CREATION OF PERMANENT CHARITABLE FUNDS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MANY DONORS, AND PROVIDES FUNDING TO HIGH SKY CHILDREN'S RANCH, WHICH IS DEDICATED TO HEALING ABUSED CHILDREN AND PROMOTING FAMILY WHOLENESS.
The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for educational, charitable, and the prevention of cruelty to children purposes as defined in section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, by operating for the exclusive benefit of High Sky Children's Ranch, Inc. The Ranch provides child care for children living on ranch premises and in community foster homes, provides social services related to counseling and psychological welfare of the children, and provides crisis intervention services for families where there is a high risk of runaway.
HIGH SKY CHILDRENS RANCH ENDOWMENT, INC. IS ORGANIZED TO RECEIVE AND MANAGE ENDOWMENT FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING OPERATING SUPPORT TO HIGH SKY CHILDREN'S RANCH. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY INVESTING ENDOWMENT FUNDS AND PROVIDING THE EARNINGS OR A PORTION OF SUCH EARNINGS TO HIGH SKY CHILDREN'S RANCH FOR USE IN ITS OPERATIONS.
