North Pasadena Community Outreach (NPCO) commenced operations in November 1997 as an outreach program of St. Peters Episcopal Church (the Church) of Pasadena, Texas. The Organization is a nonprofit organization established to provide supervised ESL (English as a Second Language), health Fairs and certain health services, food pantry services, scholarships, and recreational programs for the disadvantaged in the Pasadena community.
THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE FOOD PANTRY SERVICES, SCHOLARSHIPS, AND RENT & UTILITY ASSISTANCE FOR THE DISADVANTAGED IN THE PASADENA, TEXAS COMMUNITY. IN 2020, WE EXPANDED OUR SERVICES TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR THOSE IN OUR COMMUNITY AFFECTED BY COVID-19.
