Organizations Filed Purposes: The mission of the Young Men's Service League is to initiate and encourage young men of high school age and their mothers in the pursuit of philanthropic involvement in their communities, to provide opportunities to enhance mother/son relationships, develop leadership skills and to assist, serve and support those who are in need in their communities,

Young Men's Service League provides opportunities to high school age young men and their mothers enabling them to serve those in need in their communities, enhances mother son relationships and builds leadership skills of the young men.

In an effort to grow the organization we expanded the organization by 9 chapters, and established a presence in three new states, North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington. Efforts were hampered by the medical crisis of COVID-19.

The Regional Leadership Summit was developed, produced and then restructured due to COVID-19, and subsequently delivered. This leadership summit was developed to train the incoming officers of our 96 subsidiary chapters throughout the United States. The training session were conducted virtually for our 1,152 chapter leaders. The summit is developed to inspire the leaders of the organization to encourage their individual members to serve those in need in their communities. Included in the programs are updates to the organization as well as the introduction new policies and procedures and training on established methods of operation . The summits encourages members across the country to share successful ideas and opportunities of serving the needy in their communities.

The organization embarked on establishing a new website and center of operations for the organization. The new website will enable the organization to grow and better serve the now 100 subsidiaries country wide. Transfer of data, establishing new protocols and launching individual subsidiary websites and portals was a major undertaking of this project. It is believed this move will enable the subsidiaries to establish, choose, and track their service opportunities as well as serve as a reporting structure for the individual subsidiaries and the national organization.
