We have built a series of strategies on Science and Technology Education Innovation and Investment to serve the local community
The COVID-19 Relief Program was started and organized by the DFW Chinese American volunteers in response to the recent coronavirus outbreak here in the DFW area. The purpose of this initiative is to help raise funds to procure and donate much needed personal protection equipment to first responders, medical workers, and senior living communities, who are the most vulnerable in this fight against the coronavirus.
Bawi Cung and his two boys, aged 2 & 6, were hate crime victims in Midland, TX on March 14, 2020. As a bystander, Zach Owen disarmed the suspect bare handedly. As a result, Zach right palm suffered permanent injury and the grip strength is down to 40%. ACP organized the fundraising activities to support the victims and Owen. The donations were distributed to the victim, his family and Owen evenly in the first quarter of 2021.
MetroCon is a convention hosted by the ACP fundation to fulfill its mission to serve local communities in science, Technology, Education, innovation& enterpreneuship, community service and investment.
