Organizations Filed Purposes:
Organize and reinvigorate the Muslim youth and the community by imparting moral standards, religious education, civic awareness and leadership qualities in order to be compatible with and enrich the mainstream American society and culture.
Sunday School / Community Education: 220 students attended classes in religeous, inter-faith, language and civic educataion. Qualified speakers were invited throughout the year to benefit the community and the youth.
Special events: Ramadhan / Hajj Festivities- open to public events: About 300-400 community attendees daily benefited from Food, Recreation and Lectures during 2019 Ramadhan Holy Month of Fasting and Hajj Festivities. All events were open to the public in the city of San Antonio and to the surrounding communities. Mayor and the city officials were invited occasionally to educate the community about related issues.
Community Welfare Programs : many needy families & refugees were provided with living and food assistance. The center also facilitates health care to the area community by providing rent-free facilities to a charity clinic and health fair events to the public. Additionally, Child Advocates of San Antonio and The Foundation HBond were donated funds for their family welfare programs.
