Overall To deliver on our mission, we coordinate data, align pathways and promote policy change that can help to unlock the full potential of our young people, our communities and our region. Using a collective impact model, we bring leaders together to design solutions for students. We help our partners to better understand their programs through data. We help to connect partners efforts in ways that expand young peoples pathways to success. And, working alongside our partners,we help to drive policy improvements that will improve young peoples lives. These strategies unite everything we do. In 2020, we expanded strategies dedicated to shifting from disconnection to access, punishment to healing, and isolation to voice. Additionally, we launched a pledge and fiscal alignment process dedicated to keeping equity at the center of decision-making while tackling the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
