Organizations Filed Purposes: THE MISSION OF THE SAN ANTONIO HISPANIC CHAMBER IS TO ADVOCATE IN BUILDING A BETTER SAN ANTONIO THROUGH THE GROWTH AND PROSPERITY OF HISPANIC, SMALL, MINORITY, AND WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES, HISPANIC PROFESSIONAL AND TRADE RELATIONS WITH MEXICO AND LATIN AMERICA. THROUGH A VARIETY OF BUSINESS, LEADERSHIP, AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS, THE HISPANIC CHAMBER PROVIDES A FORUM FOR MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS IN THE COMMUNITY TO MEET AND DEVELOP PERSONAL SKILLS AND BUSINESS CONTACTS. MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES BUSINESSES OF ALL SIZES, AS WELL AS NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, INDIVIDUALS, AND STUDENTS. OUR MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO SUPPORTERS OF THE COMMUNITY AND ITS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, AND ADVANCEMENT OF MINORITY-OWNED BUSINESSES. MEMBERSHIP IN THE HISPANIC CHAMBER IS NOT EXCLUSIVE TO HISPANICS OR HISPANIC-OWNED BUSINESSES.

THE SAN ANTONIO HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS THE LEADING RESOURCE, ADVOCATE, AND ACCESS POINT FOR HISPANIC BUSINESSES, HISPANICS IN BUSINESS, AND THE HISPANIC MARKET.

90TH ANNUAL GALA - THIS EVENT IS OUR LARGEST SIGNATURE EVENT AND ALSO SAN ANTONIO'S LARGEST BUSINESS EVENT EACH YEAR. IT MARKS THE ANNIVERSARY OF BEING IN BUSINESS FOR 90-YEARS AND REPRESENTS THE INSTALLATION OF OUR NEW 2019 CHAIRMAN, ALONG WITH OUR NEW 2019 BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE EVENT ALSO HIGHLIGHTS OUR 2018 ACHIEVEMENTS AND ANNOUNCES OUR 2019 INITIATIVES FOR THE YEAR.

2019 BUSINESS AWARDS DINNER - THE BUSINESS AWARDS DINNER IS OUR SECOND LARGEST SIGNATURE EVENT ANNUALLY. THIS EVENT HONORS THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF BUSINESS LEADERS WHO ARE AT THE FOREFRONT OF THEIR INDUSTRIES. THE CALIBER OF THE SIX HONOREES CHOSEN WERE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR INFLUENCE, COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, AND PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS. ALTOGETHER, AS LEADERS IN ALL FACETS OF THEIR LIVES, BOTH PROFESSIONALLY AND PHILANTHROPICALLY, THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE TRULY INSPIRING AND EXEMPLIFY EXCELLENCE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE FIELDS.

2019 TRADE MISSION TO MEXICO CITY - THIS TRADE MISSION, LED BY THE MAYOR OF SAN ANTONIO, HAD A DELEGATION OF ABOUT 49-PARTICIPANTS REPRESENTING DISTINGUISHED LEADERS FROM GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES, PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS, AND PRIVATE BUSINESSES FROM SAN ANTONIO. THE PURPOSE OF THE TRADE MISSION TO MEXICO CITY WAS TO ESTABLISH BUSINESS CONNECTIONS AND POLITICAL FRIENDSHIPS AMONG OUR ORGANIZATION, OUR MEMBERS, AND THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO. THROUGH THIS PURPOSE, WE SOUGHT TO STRENGTHEN OUR TIES TO EXPAND TRADE THROUGHTOUT NORTH AMERICA WITH THE RATIFICATION OF THE UNITED STATES-MEXICO-CANADA AGREEMENT (USMCA).
