THIS STBTC INITIATIVE HELPED ESTABLISH A STABLE AND EASILY REPLENISHED PRE-HOSPITAL BLOOD PRODUCT TO BE TRANSFUSED IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)
