Organizations Filed Purposes:
The mission of the organization is to provide place for healing, recovery, and continued life support to families affected by disabilities of any type; including but not limited to children and adults with special needs, wounded veterans, adult children caring for aging parents, family members caring for chronically ill loved ones.
Our accomplishments for 2019 include:Game Night outreach to the community by playing bingo, Dances, and providing meals for all who attend. Serving an average of 175+ persons, prior year was approximately 175 persons. The facility we use is at capacity at 175.Respite outreach to the community to provide four hours for parents where they drop off the special needs person and siblings so they may enjoy four hours of rest and relaxation without the burden of caregiving. Serving more than 20 families. Prior year served approximately 12 families.Special Olympics Right now we focus on bowling where more than 80 athletes, while the prior year we served approximately 80 athletes.JOYful Learning Day Habilitation a day activity and vocational learning program serving approximately 71 adults. The prior year we served approximately 52 adults.
