PROVIDING SAFETY, SHELTER, AND EDUCATION FOR VICTIMS OF FAMILY VIOLENCE, DATING VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, AND OTHER VIOLENT CRIME AS WELL AS PROMOTING PUBLIC COMPASSION AND AWARENESS IN ORDER TO REDUCE VIOLENCE IN THE COMMUNITY.

Hotline calls totaled 2,416 and 1,300 individuals received non-residential crisis intervention services in 2019.
Provided emergency shelter for 97 women and 121 children in 2019. Support services for women to promote safety, life skills, self-sufficiency. Child care is provided to children who live in the emergency shelter while their mothers work toward goals to rebuild their lives. Programs for children include components of prevention and education in every activity.
101 public education and primary prevention programs were provided to 10,153 individuals in civic organizations, schools, churches, and other groups. The programs covered sexual assault, domestic violence, & other crime victim services. 10 professional trainings were provided to 296 professionals in the criminal justice system, medical, human services, clergy and teachers. 18 volunteer trainings were provided to 215 participants.
