Develop district wide leadership development programs, president elect training PETs where incoming club presidents are presented with the training concepts and club operatons training, district assembly where all district 5810 rotrians are invited to learn about new programs and initiatives that affect our district and rotary international leadership institute are designed to give club officers leadership skills through team building.
