Organizations Filed Purposes:
To create free outdoor experiences that bring communities together. Experiences are designed to inspire participants to discover, explore, and enjoy outdoor adventures where they live, work and play.
Programming to create outdoor experiences which include community festivals, dinners, promotions, activities and neighborhood parties. These events bring the community together each Friday night from June through August and October. These funds provided power, permits, a stage, and supplies for the free activities. There is an average of 700 people each night for 10 nights, equaling 7000 people who benefit from the festival.
Event marketing includes, printed and mailed publications, flyers, web development, and social media marketing to promote healthy lifestyles and neighborhood outreach.
These funds pay the contractors who make our events possible. From the event organizers, audio and visuals, staffing, and accountant, each person makes these events a reality.
