Volunteers For Peace promotes international voluntary service as an effective means of intercultural education, service learning and community development. Working with non-profits and community organizations we organize 10-20 projects in the USA each year. We also provide volunteers to similar projects in 90 countries around the world.
VFP HAS JUST ONE SERVICE PROGRAM. WE FACILITATE AND RECRUIT VOLUNTEERS FOR INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTARY SERVICE PROJECTS BOTH IN THE USA AND IN OVER 90 COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE. AT EACH PROJECT VOLUNTEERS FROM NUMEROUS COUNTRIES LIVE TOGETHER, LIKE A FAMILY, WHILE WORKING ON COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS THAT ARE OF CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL BENEFIT TO THE VOLUNTEERS AND THE LOCAL HOST COMMUNITIES.
