A CASA volunteer gathers facts and submits a report to the judge with recommendations that are in CASA of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court. CASA is committed to the goal of providing every child in Jackson, Mason, Roane, and Calhoun counties abuse and neglect court proceedings with a volunteer advocate.
