The mission of the Art Association of Jackson Hole is to encourage a vital and creative community by providing opportunities for the exposure to, education in, and the enjoyment of a wide variety of art experiences.
The Art Association of Jackson Hole taught 245 classes, workshops and symposia to more than 817 adult students. Workshops include coursework with esteemed visiting artists. Class offerings included drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, and digital photography in 5 state of the art studios through group & private lessons.
The Art Association of Jackson Hole served youth through 111 art classes and workshops for 1312 children, from ages 2 through 18 years. The Art Association of Jackson Hole offers robust after school and summer camp programs, an asset to working families in the region. The Outreach program partners with more than 30 local human services organizations to bring art experiences to underserved populations including children, elderly, and the disabled.
The Art Association of Jackson Hole held five exhibitions showcasing 150 local, regional and nationally recognized artists. The gallery also served as a venue for annual Teton Mudpots sales giving ceramics artists an opportunity to sell wares. Annual art fairs gave over 300 artists the opportunity to exhibit and sell their artwork.
