Cultivate Ability partnered with Vertical Harvest of Jackson Hole in 2018 to create and implement their inclusive "Grow Well" employment model. This model enables people with different abilities to work in a diversified, inclusive and naturally supported workplace. Cultivate Ability provided support and training to employees in this model via workshops, continued education and community engagement through 2020.
