Jackson Hole Community Radio is a non-commercial, non-profit public readio station whose mission is to educate and inform listeners through a diversity of locally curated music and views that challenge people to explore new ideas.
JHCR continues to be the only independent community radio station in the state of Wyoming, with an average of over 4,000 individual weekly listeners, and hundreds more tuning in via our online streaming and iTunes podcasts. Our volunteer staff has grown to nearly 50, with a wide variety of non music programming complimenting our locally curated playlists. Some of these alternative shows include a sports show, a cooking/food program, a local library update, and hundreds of community affairs interviews, which are conducted up to four times each week day.
