THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE COMMUNITY ARE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH (INPATIENT), CARDIAC REHAB, CARDIOPULMONARY, CHAPLAIN, DIALYSIS, DISCHARGE PLANNING / SOCIAL SERVICES, EMERGENCY SERVICES, INFECTION CONTROL, INPATIENT ACUTE CARE, INTENSIVE CARE UNIT, IVINSON MEDICAL GROUP, LAB (ANATOMIC / CLINICAL), NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING, OB/GYN, ONCOLOGY, PEDIATRICS, PHARMACY, RADIATION THERAPY, RADIOLOGY / DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING, RADIOLOGY - MRI, RADIOLOGY - CT, RADIOLOGY - NUCLEAR MEDICINE, RADIOLOGY - MAMMOGRAPHY, REHAB - PHYSICAL / OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SLEEP LAB, SPEECH PATHOLOGY - INPATIENT (INCLUDING SWING BEDS)/ OUTPATIENT, SURGERY SERVICES, AND ULTRASOUND.FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2020, IMH HAD THE FOLLOWING STATISTICS:ADMISSIONS 2,435EMERGENCY VISITS 11,130OUTPATIENT VISITS 65,663CLINIC VISITS 31,580IMH ALSO PROVIDED $1,742,676 IN CHARITY CARE FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2020.CHARTIS DID NOT PROVIDE ANY RECOGNITION THIS YEAR DUE TO COVID. HOWEVER, IMH FULLY EXPECTS TO RECEIVE A THIRD TOP 100 RURAL FACILITY RECOGNITION AS IN PAST YEARS. LAST YEAR, IMH RECEIVED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE CHARTIS GROUP THAT IT WAS RECOGNIZED FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR AS ONE OF THE TOP 100 RURAL & COMMUNITY HOSPITALS IN THE UNITED STATES. ACCORDING TO THE CHARTIS GROUP, "THERE IS NO BETTER ILLUSTRATION OF THE VALUE THAT RURAL FACILITIES PROVIDE TO THEIR COMMUNITIES THAN THE ANNUAL IDENTIFICATION AND RECOGNITION OF THE TOP PERFORMING RURAL FACILITIES. EACH YEAR, THE RURAL HOSPITALS ARE ANALYZED THROUGH THE LENS OF THE HOSPITAL STRENGTH INDEX, THE INDUSTRY'S MOST COMPREHENSIVE AND OBJECTIVE ASSESSMENT OF RURAL HOSPITAL PERFORMANCE IN THE UNITED STATES. AMIDST UNCERTAINTY, TRANSITION AND STRAIN, THESE TOP PERFORMERS ARE EXCELLING IN MANAGING RISK, ACHIEVING HIGHER QUALITY, SECURING BETTER OUTCOMES, INCREASING PATIENT SATISFACTION, AND OPERATING AT A LOWER COST THAN THEIR PEERS. THESE GROUPS SERVE AS A BENCHMARK FOR OTHER RURAL FACILITIES AS THEY STRIVE TO ACHIEVE SIMILAR RESULTS AND PROVIDE A BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESSFULLY NAVIGATING THE UNCERTAINTY OF THE NEW HEALTHCARE."
