KBRP provides a high quality radio service and Bisbee Radio Project provides cultural programs, both focused on serving the interests of the Bisbee community to include news, information, cultural, and entertainment programming designed to reflect the personalities, interests, and spirit of Bisbee's location near the U.S. Mexico border.
The Bisbee Radio Project, Inc. offers a wide array of programming presented by community volunteers, which represents more than 100 hours of original content a week. KBRP's programming has been recognized regionally and nationally for its unique and critical content. This includes recognition from the World Community Broadcasters Association (AMAEC), the National Federation of Community Broadcasters (NFCB), Pacifica National Programming, Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS), the Arizona Commission on the Arts, the Arizona Humanities Council, and the Museum Association of Arizona.
