The Society continues to manage and maintain 8 buildings in historic Jerome. We manage two interpretive parks and have Art Park that Jerome artisans display their creations. During 2019, the town of Jerome welcomed approximately 1.35 million visitors.
The Jerome Historical Society is a key player in Jeromes History. The Society is a repository for historic photos, mining records, and artifacts and general life during Jeromes mining hay days. The Society continues to collect and maintain an archive for research not only in the past but also modern-day history. The Society runs a gift shop and museum in Jerome which was established in 1953; in 2019 the museum had nearly 17,000 visitors.
