KidZ at Heart International is a global Christian community that trains, partners with, and mobilizes networks of leaders to help children fall deeply in love with Jesus. We train and partner with churches and families to successfully disciple the children of their homes and communities into fully devoted followers of Christ. Training events are conducted in 45 countries around the world including the U.S. These are facilitated through the mobilization of short-term training teams, in-country missionaries, and partnerships with local and global ministries and organizations.

KidZ at Heart International avoids the unintended consequences that result from well-intentioned international children's programs by equipping local leaders to work with the children of their own communities using the resources readily available to them. By doing this, we avoid creating dependency on western resources, we leave local leaders with skills they can continue using and reproduce in others, and we lift up those most likely to impact children - the families and church leaders who love them and live with them daily. The unique KidZ at Heart training plan has been used to train children's ministry workers in over 45 countries, including the U.S. During 2019, KidZ at Heart recruited and equipped teams to train in Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus Romania, Mexico, Honduras, Haiti, Uganda, Zambia, and Malawi. Close to 1500 were trained during these trips and hundreds more were trained through our in country training in El Salvador, South Africa, Nepal, and Uganda. Staff at KidZ at Heart were featured in several major conferences in the U.S. The KidZ Ministry Certification Program continued in El Salvador, South Africa, and Uganda. Meanwhile, U.S. training conferences continued to train the typical children's ministry worker in the U.S. while still promoting the mission worldwide of KidZ at Heart through the missions-focus events focused to train short-term teams. We also conducted our first on-line course in partnership with Hope International University.
