CDO Soccer Club's mission is to help grow and expand the game of soccer in the U.S. The programs and activities of the club aim to educate our members about the game of soccer, inspire and educate new coaches, encourage members and players to become referees, and most importantly, to develop our young soccer athletes into lifelong futbol players.

During the 2019-2020 season ending April 30, 2020, CDO Soccer Club worked with approximately 500 youth players. The players practiced at least twice a week from September 2019 through February 2020.Teams were formed from the pool of players and they competed in the local Pima County Junior Soccer League. The coaches focesed on the development of each player and on improving their soccer proficiency. This development approach utilized the guidance and flow down from the US Soccer Federation.An additional aspect of the CDO Soccer Club program is the continuing education and enrichment of our coaches. During the 2019-2020 soccer season, CDO Soccer club provided soccer-related educational materials and classes to over 30 coaches.
