AZ ALFA provides information and education for Arizonas seniors, and advocates for their right to independence, privacy, and choice, including their right to choose where they want to live.
Arizona Assisted Living Federation AZ ALFA currently has a membership comprised of 70 of all assisted living center and 80 industry partners. There are currently 30,000 assisted living beds in Arizona with another 2000 set to go online by 2021. We serve over 200 assisted living centers by providing information, education, networking, and advocating. AZ ALFA host 2 conference per year. The fall conference targets the assisted living nurses while the annual 3-day conference provides a wide range of topics supporting the management staff within the communities. We continue to advocate with AZ DHS and board of examiners assisting in the writing of the rules that govern assisted living. AZ ALFA continues to advocate to protect the seniors right to choose the environment where they age and live.
