CHRISTIAN CARE COTTONWOOD OFFERS A 20-UNIT ASSISTED LIVING CENTER FOR FRAIL AND VERY LOW INCOME SENIORS AT LEAST 62 YEARS OF AGE, AND DISABLED ADULTS. RESIDENTS TYPICALLY PAY 30% OF THEIR ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME FOR RENT, UTILITIES AND ALL ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES. RESIDENTS RECEIVE 24 HOUR PERIODIC WELFARE CHECKS, THREE MEALS AND SNACKS DAILY, ASSISTANCE WITH PRESCRIPTION ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT, ASSISTANCE WITH DRESSING, BATHING AND ESCORT SERVICE TO AND FROM THE DINING ROOM, ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS. A SERVICE COORDINATOR IS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST WITH MAKING MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, THE PROVISION OF VARIOUS SOCIAL SERVICES AND ASSISTING WITH RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. WE OFFER EDUCATION TO SENIORS, FAMILIES AND FRIENDS (CONTINUED ON SCH. O) REGARDING THE AGING PROCESS.
