BECAME RESIDENTS OF CHRISTIAN CARE MANOR II,INC.CHRISTIAN CARE MANOR II IS A TWO-BUILDING, 142-UNIT HUD-SUBSIDIZED APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT FOR THE VERY-LOW INCOME ELDERLY 62 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, LOCATED IN PHOENIX, AZ. RESIDENTS TYPICALLY HAVE ACCESS TO ON-CAMPUS FOOD SERVICE VENUES, ENTERTAINING ACTIVITY PROGRAMS, HEALTH & WELLNESS OPPORTUNITIES AND CHAPLAINCY SERVICES.CHRISTIAN CARE MANAGEMENT, INC., PROVIDES STRATEGIC DIRECTION, DEVELOPMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, ACCOUNTING, PAYROLL, BUDGETARY, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. IN 2018, CHRISTIAN CARE MANAGEMENT BECAME 51% OWNER OF HOME HEALTH CARE, INC. DBA COVENANT HOME HEALTH, A FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION. CHRISTIAN CARE MANAGEMENT, INC.
