Experience Matters offers an array of trainings and workshops including Nonprofit Navigator - a five-part online training that orients prospective Experienced Talent to the nonprofit sector. The training covers culture, values and challenges of nonprofits in order to manage expectations and facilitate successful match outcomes for both the talent and the organization. Service Profile - this is a 35-question assessment which allows volunteers to understand the type of work opportunity best suited to their expectations for a volunteer engagement and provides a list of interview questions to use when meeting with a prospective nonprofit organization. Member Connect - these engaging, resource-building workshops help nonprofits expand on ideas and practices learned at the Engagement Boot Camp, while also providing networking opportunities among nonprofit peers. Engagement Boot Camp - This is training for community organizations to learn what todays volunteers are looking for, ways to leverage their talent to build capacity and the best practices in volunteer engagement.
