Organizations Filed Purposes: To provide support, resources, and guidance to postsecondary students with learning differences as they transition to, persist, and succeed in higher educational and vocational opportunities.

NorthBridge was founded on the principle that college aged young adults with learning differences can excel in post secondary education with specialized and individualized support. NorthBridge provides students with a multi layered support system that focuses on both academic success and personal development. The program includes individualized academic advisement, weekly academic support sessions, individual mentoring sessions, student success workshops, and coordinated social events. NorthBridge has been assisting students with GED test prep, college course tutoring, and specified test prep, including HESSI, TEAS VI, etc. As a preferred vendor with Vocational Rehabilitation Services, NorthBridge has been working with students referred to us by the state to ensure they are meeting their academic goals on a weekly and semesterly basis. By tracking all student progress through weekly grade updates, students and staff observe the incremental steps required for college success.
