RCP was formed for the purpose of conducting regional activities and facilitating valley wide collaboration on projects and/or initiatives that improve the quality of life and economic well-being of residents of the Maricopa County region. RCP's significant activities currently are in the areas of preventing domestic violence and assisting the aging population in collaboration with the region's municipalities.
