Organizations Filed Purposes:
To assure Stepping Stones Agencies service programs receive funding necessary to serve women children in West Yavapai County live free from all forms of violence victimization. To educate our community on issues surrounding intimate violence to work with community stakeholders to improve service delivery to victims of intimate violence
Distribute funds to Stepping Stones Agencies service programs with strict adherence to donor designations. Provides Community Outreach Education activities/trainings to our West Yavapai communities.
Community Outreach Education through print, newspaper, television, radio and face to face classes and training about the issues of intimate violence, trauma, child abuse, sexual assault. How to provide strategic and therapeutic intervention, education as well as education on prevention. Approximately 300 hours and thousands of email, mail and print information and newsletters. Reaching approximately 70,000 community residents as well as over 120 businesses in 2020
Provided 253459 in grants to three 501c3 agencies that provided 24/7/365 advocacy and safe shelter to over 400 adult and child victims who need help due to any form of intimate violence or victimization and to support the Employment Enhancement Opportunities paid job training and placement services to 16 victimized or underemployed individuals re-entering the workforce.
