The primary purpose of Community Cats, Inc is to rescue, vet, and rehome street cats in the City of Prescott and the surrounding towns of Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey, Humboldt, Kirkland Junction, Mayer, Paulden, Skull Valley, Wilhoit, and Yarnell.
Community Cats, Inc. has approximately 40 dedicated volunteers who contributed over 28,000 hours of their time in 2020. As a result of these efforts, all stray cats and kittens rescued were spayed or neutered and received medical care as necessary. Rescued cats and kittens were fostered in our rental facility as well as in the homes of 14 foster voluteers until they were able to be adopted. 140 cats were adopted from Community Cats, Inc. in 2020.
