CULTURE FCF'S DESERT FOOTHILLS THEATHER PROVIDES AWARD WINNING COMMUNITYTHEATER PRODUCTIONS, PROVIDING ADULT, YOUTH AND MULTI-GENERATION OFFERINGS.EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN DANCE, SONG, DRAMA AND STAGECRAFT PROVIDE A POOL OFYOUNT TALENT IN ADDITION TO THE LIFE SKILLS AND TEAM PARTICIPATION SKILLSTHAT ARE TAUGHT AND NEEDED FOR THE EVERYDAY LIVING. DFT PERMFORMS FOR OVER10,000 EACH YEAR.
Alma Linda Ranch is a nonprofit organization providing therapeutic equestrian activities using rescued and trained horses for people with disabilities and special needs. We provide a safe environment where the partnership between human and horse generates healing and growth for those with physical, cognitive, and emotional limitations. We provide individual and group sessions, all with one on one support and personal attention to each individuals specific needs. Since we are nonprofit, many of our clients are not charged for their services. We are ever-grateful for the grants and donations that enable us to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need in our community.
COMMUNITY SERVICE FCF PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND COORDINATION FOR THENONPROFITS IN OUR REGION. WE BRING COMMUNITY LEADERS TOGETHER TO LOOK TOTHE FUTURE BY FACILITATING A COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT ACROSS THE REGION,AND THE FOLLOW UP RESPONSE TO THE DATA GATHERED. TRADITIONALLY, FCF HASINCUBATED OR HOUSED PROGRAMMING NEEDED IN THE AREA RESULTING IN SPIN OFFNONPROFITS PROVIDING MUCH NEEDED SERVICES. THIS CONTINUES WITH THEPROGRAMS WE CURRENTLY HOUSE AND NEW PROGRAMS BEING DEVELOPED THROUGH FISCALSPONSORSHIP FOR EXAMPLE KACHINA'S PLACE. HOLLAND COMMUNITY CENTER (HCC) ISA MULTI-GENERATIONAL COMMUNITY CENTER PROVIDING PROGRAMMING, EVENT ANDMEETING SPACES FOR THE COMMUNITY. USAGE IS OVER 30,000
