The purpose of this corporation shall be fraternal, patriotic, historical, charitable and educational; to preserve and strengthen comradeship among it's members; to assist worthy comrades; to perpetuate the memory and history of our dead and to assist their surviving spouses and orpahns; to maintain true alligence to the government of the United States, and fidelity to it's constitution and laws; to foster true patriotism; to maintain and extend the institutions of American freedom; and to preserve and defend the United States from all enemies.
Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9907 provides a service officer program which assist veterans, surviving sponses, and the children of veterans with assistance for filing claims with the Veterans Administration.
Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9907 is the primary provider on military honors for the funerals of veterans for their region of the state.
Veretans of Foreign Wars Post 9907 provides patriotic programs on the local schools as well as flag raisings and rememberance ceremonies for all recognized dates. They also participate in the scholorship programs sponsored by our organization.
