THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO INCREASE THE SUPPLY OF PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE HOUSING WHILE DEVELOPING AND SUPPORTING HOMEBUYERS THROUGH INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS AND PARTNERSHIPS.

COMMUNITY LAND TRUST - Acquired / rehabilitated homes and sold them to eligible low-income, first time homebuyers through Newtowns Community Land Trust (CLT) program. Newtown currently has 140 CLT properties in Chandler, Glendale, Scottsdale, and Tempe, AZ. Newtown provides ongoing stewardship of the properties and support for the CLT homeowners.
