Organizations Filed Purposes:
To united Temple Police Officers and Sergeants in their efforts to effect and maintain a safe, challenging and satisfying career-oriented work. To provide the citizens of Tempe the finest, most competent and cost effective police services possible.
The TOA has served approximately 350 members. The TOA has facilitated the provision of top tier legal representation to Tempe Officers and Sergeants regarding internal and external work-related matters as well as participated in negotiating a new Memorandum of Understanding for the next fiscal year in which pay and benefits for our membership was at the heart of the negotiations.
Held monthly events that promoted the mental and physical health & welfare of officers and their families.
