THE MARKETS PROVIDE FERTILE GROUND FOR SMALL LOCAL FARMS AND FOOD BUSINESSES TO GROW, OPPORTUNITIES FOR SHOPPERS TO MEET FOOD PRODUCERS AND VIBRANT SPACE WITH EDUCATION AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR PEOPLE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES TO GATHER.
